Nanny / Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny / Caregiver to provide loving, attentive, and reliable care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while supporting children’s developmental needs through engaging activities, meal preparation, and daily routines. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help foster a joyful atmosphere where children can thrive and feel secure.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and fostering inclusive activities
• Administer first aid when necessary, following proper protocols to ensure safety during minor injuries or emergencies

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare, or teaching
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and child development principles
• Certification in first aid and CPR from a recognized organization
• Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare environments such as tidying up toys and feeding areas
