Job Title: Nanny (Nursery Assistant)

Location: Balloon Nursery – Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Balloon Nursery is looking for a kind, responsible, and experienced Nanny to support our teachers and care for young children aged 0–4 years in a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate should love working with small children, be patient, and able to assist with daily routines and basic caregiving tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in classrooms, play areas, and during nap or meal times
• Assist teachers with daily routines such as diaper changing, feeding, and toilet training
• Support classroom activities by helping children with art, play, and learning tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times
• Follow nursery policies and health & safety standards as per Sharjah education authority (SPEA) regulations
• Comfort and attend to children’s emotional and physical needs with care and attention
• Help with organizing toys, classroom materials, and cleaning tasks as needed
• Report any concerns or incidents to the teacher or Nursery Principal promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a nanny or assistant in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting
• Basic knowledge of childcare and child safety practices
• Must be physically fit, active, and capable of caring for small children
• Positive attitude, patience, and a caring personality
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Fluency in English is preferred; other languages (like Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog) are a plus.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UAE and willing to meet

SPEA health/safety requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
