Nanny/Babysitter

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and possess the skills necessary to ensure their safety, development, and happiness. This role involves engaging children in educational activities, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized space.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to dietary restrictions as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by organizing play areas and cleaning up after activities.
• Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks for older children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and any concerns.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
• Implement routines that promote good behavior, discipline, and social skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or nannying, with references available upon request.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Experience with meal preparation and cooking for children.
• Familiarity with preschool education principles is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both children and parents.
