Position Description:

Oliver’s Nannies is a nanny and childcare agency that started with a mission of providing parents and families an easy solution to childcare. A plan of care that is flexible, immediately available, and individualized to fit the needs of each family and family member.

Do you possess a background in childcare, providing care either in families homes or in a childcare center setting? We are looking for energetic, fun, loving nannies to join our team who are willing to perform childcare related tasks that include:

• Homework help
• Implement daily routines
• Errands
• Transporting children to school or other activities
• Reinforcing appropriate discipline for the children
• Meal planning and preparation including bottle prep
• Bathing / supervising bath time for younger children & Infants
• Schedule and coordinate children’s activities
• Diapering and/or toileting
• Light housework

Benefits:

• W-2 employment
• Minimum of 2-4 hour shifts depending on level of care needed
• Up to 40+ hour work weeks
• Competitive pay of $17-$22 per hour min to start, dependent upon family needs and experience

Position Requirements:

To be considered for a FlexCare, Junior Nanny or Senior Nanny level position on the Oliver’s Nannies team YOU MUST possess or have the ability to get ALL of the following:

• Eligible to work in the US
• Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience (babysitting, nanny, childcare center)
• 2 childcare related references (contact phone number required)
• Annual Physical performed within the last year
• Documentation of MMR's & TB (measles, mumps, rubella & T-dap)
• Fluent in English
