Nanny/Household Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support for a busy family. This role combines nurturing, caregiving, and organizational skills to create a safe, engaging, and well-managed environment for 3 elementary aged children and 2 dogs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about fostering a positive atmosphere while efficiently managing household responsibilities. Duties

• Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs, incorporating meal planning and cooking skills.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, outings, and developmental exercises that promote learning and socialization.
• Maintain a clean and organized household environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and tidying tasks to support overall household efficiency.
• Assist with routines and age-appropriate activities that foster growth and independence.
• Support children by applying caregiving techniques such as First Aid when necessary and working closely with parents to implement care plans.
• Manage household errands including grocery shopping, supplies organization, and coordinating appointments or extracurricular activities.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently; hold current First Aid certification as required for emergency preparedness.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a nanny or household manager with children of various ages.
• Demonstrated ability to care for school-aged children with patience and enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational skills in managing household tasks alongside childcare responsibilities.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
