Nanny / Household Manager (Full-Time)

Private Family – New York

We are seeking a dependable and structured Nanny / Household Manager to care for four children (ages 11, 10, 7, and 6) while supporting household organization.

The ideal candidate is calm, experienced with children with ADHD, and capable of providing leadership, consistency, and positive discipline.

Schedule

Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional hours may be offered as needed (e.g., early school pickups if a child is sick or sent home).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety at all times
• Support homework and structured after-school routines
• Implement ADHD-supportive strategies
• Teach responsibility and independence
• Guide older children in learning laundry and organization skills
• Prepare meals for children
• Maintain organization of children’s areas and laundry

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Pay follows the school calendar
• During school breaks and family vacations, payment is based on hours worked
• Paid sick leave in accordance with NYC law
• Paid holidays and vacation per agreement

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children
• Experience working with ADHD (required)
• Organized, reliable, and patient
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
