We’re hiring Assistants for Park District Athletics this Spring/Summer.

Job Description:

  • The Park District provides coaches to lead the group. Your focus is supporting one child 1:1, as they practice and compete.
  • Soccer, T-Ball, Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Dance, Swim Lessons, etc.
  • Sports related background/knowledge Not required.

Where:

  • Naperville, but also optional shifts in:Warrenville, Wheaton, West Chicago, Winfield, Glen Ellyn, Carol Stream, Bloomingdale, Roselle.

Hours/Schedule:

  • We’re flexible. Let us know which days are best.
  • Weekday Evenings Monday – Friday and optional Saturdays.
  • Practices/Lessons are about 1 hour long (between 4pm - 9pm).
  • Team games last about 60 - 90 minutes.
  • It's okay if you're only available 1 or 2 nights a week.
  • Examples: Soccer Mon 6p-7p; Baseball Thurs 4p-5p
  • Seasons last 6 - 8 weeks. (You can also work Summer Camp)

Benefits:

  • Competitive wages($16.50 - $20)

Requirements:

  • Work independently.
  • Experience with special needs.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Age 16+, with reliable transportation.
