National Business Legal Head

The National Business Legal Head will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of legal professionals. The National Legal Head will ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and provide strategic legal advice to the company. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and other departments.
• Oversee all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Mitigate legal risks and develop strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that affect the organization.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Manage the legal budget and control legal expenses.
