Responsibilities:
1.Establish and optimize a full partner lifecycle management mechanism (onboarding–operation–offboarding) for local partners, in alignment with the overall framework and development strategy of headquarters. Define clear onboarding and offboarding criteria to ensure all strategies comply with local national conditions and practical requirements.
2.Develop tailored programs—including performance evaluation systems, mid- to long-term incentive mechanisms, and penalty policies—for local partners by closely integrating local realities and collaborating with the business analytics team.
3.Build a data analysis framework for tracking local partner development metrics, produce periodic analytical reports, assist headquarters in interpreting development data, and support PMM in enhancing partner governance.
4.Work with the PMM to handle partner appeals related to assessments, incentives, and penalties. Ensure fairness and transparency throughout policy implementation, maintain healthy partner relationships, and uphold equitable execution of strategies.
Requirements:
1.Proven ability to design end-to-end partner management processes, including onboarding and offboarding, coupled with solid data analysis and processing experience.
2.Preferred experience in establishing performance evaluation and tiered development systems for partners, with the ability to continuously iterate based on their growth.
3.Thorough understanding of partner management, supported by hands-on experience in partner relations and frontline field research.
4.Some experience in partner-related product development and optimization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive business implementation.
