Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level manager to handle pan-India business expansion, distributor development, and field sales strategy for electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all-India sales & distribution strategy.

• Identify regions where distributors, dealers, or field sales teams are required.

• Build and manage distributor & dealer networks across India.

• Analyze market demand, product requirements, and regional opportunities.

• Coordinate with field sales teams and management.

• Work from the Panipat office and travel as required.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in electrical/industrial product sales.

• Proven track record in distributor development & market expansion.

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills.

• Willingness to relocate/work from Panipat.
