Job Overview

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager – Solar Panels Trade to lead and expand our nationwide solar trade business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the solar industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing national dealer networks and achieving aggressive sales targets. This role is responsible for driving national sales growth, developing channel partners, and strengthening market presence across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor regional and area sales teams across multiple cities.
  • Establish, expand, and strengthen nationwide dealer and distributor networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts at a national level.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer demand.
  • Coordinate national-level promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance analysis for management.
  • Work closely with technical, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key trade forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Solar Trade / Channel Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of solar products, particularly PV modules, inverters, and energy solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing nationwide sales operations and large dealer networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong professional network within the solar industry across Pakistan.
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
