National Trade and Tender Manager

Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for a National Trade and Tender Manager who will oversee wholesaler relations, stock and sales tracking, and tender management. This role will directly support our Sales & Marketing Director and contribute to Centurion’s growth by ensuring availability, compliance, and competitive positioning in the market.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical tradewholesaler management & tender processes.
  • System Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint is a must) and SAP/CRM systems.

  • Excellent relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English is an advantage.


Your Responsibilities

  • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
  • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
  • Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on promotions, new launches.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROI on trade activities.
  • Visit pharmaceutical wholesalers, monitor stocks and orders, and ensure correct distribution of orders.
  • Support the sales team by monitoring competitors and market conditions.
  • Estimate sales forecasts based on WS actions and present results to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Obtain stock and sales-out data from depots and share with Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Monitor tender product availability and market presence.
  • Contribute to import planning by reviewing products for upcoming tenders after monthly Import meetings.
  • Prepare monthly tender realization reports (by product) and present them to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Conduct end-of-tender evaluations, including product, price, and stock analysis, and report to Sales & Marketing Director.
