Natural Wood Section Head (Engineer)

We’re Hiring – Natural Wood Section Head (Engineer) 

📌 Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the natural wood production section, with a strong focus on wooden doors manufacturing.

Review and approve technical drawings and shop drawings for wooden projects.Ensure production is aligned with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Coordinate with other departments (Technical Office, Planning, Procurement) to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements in processes.

Train, guide, and support the team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the natural wood industry.

Hands-on experience in wooden doors manufacturing is a must.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to oversee technical designs and ensure quality standards.

📍 Location: Badr City
