Medical Assistant – Naturopathic Practice (Looking to hire ASAP)
Part time or Full-Time
Location: Newport Beach
Starting Pay: $20-$25/hr (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: Some of the times I am looking for coverage include

Monday, Wednesday 9am -4pm

Tuesday 9-2pm

Friday 9am to 2 or 3pm

We are looking for a warm, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Attention to detail is a must!!

About the Role:

We welcome candidates who are quick learners and passionate about natural medicine — experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with blood draws and specimen processing
• Order lab tests and manage incoming results
• Assist in drawing up IM injections and peptides
• Take patient vitals and record in charts
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with billing and invoicing
• Perform general administrative tasks including updating medical charts
• Communicate with patients to schedule and confirm appointments
• Support the Naturopathic Doctor with daily clinic flow and patient care

What We're Looking For:

• A warm, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
• Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus
• Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a bonus
