Your Impactful Goals will include:

To ensure the channel profitability, ROI & implement the distribution KPIs for the channel

Develop plans to maximize distribution efficiency in the channel and grow business volume

Identify the right size of channel & Investment

Analysing & defining distribution parameters including retail expansion and engagement
-
To ensure successful rollout of Distribution initiatives such as Apollo at S&D channels across the Region & Circle
-
Stock Float speared on channel, franchise governance and franchise services CSAT
-
Responsible for setting and tracking Distribution targets and gap analysis
-
Planning/designing of campaigns to get desired business uptake
-
Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues
Your Typical day at work

Governance model to monitor the distribution KPIs management
-
Implementation of Distribution strategy

Planning and executing retail related go to market plans
-
Development of franchise & retail channel
-
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the channels
-
Belt/cluster level distribution KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs

Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency
-
POC for external stakeholders - Circle Interface for distribution planning
-
Conducting channel level analysis and preparing distribution improvement plans for fulfilling circle business ambitions
-
Responsible for New Distribution initiatives and keep track of update and performance
-
Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy

Keeping a close eye on competitor and Channel insights for better planning
-
Preparing distribution ambitions/forecasts and tracking
-
Develop mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achivements.

Campaign Planning, design and business case development & Post Analysis of campaigns and visibilty

Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets

Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions

Collaboration/Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis

Governance model to monitor the Distribution KPIs management

Special project planning and executions.

Belt/cluster level KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
What we are looking for?
Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC
Work experience: 3 - 5 years relevant work experience (Sales and Distribution Planning) with minimum 1 year career break.
