Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for courier parcels (inbound & outbound)
• Ensure timely sorting, scanning, dispatching, and receiving of shipments
• Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Maintain proper records of shipments, stock levels, and inventory reports
• Implement safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Coordinate with hub managers, riders, and dispatch teams
• Resolve parcel discrepancies, misroutes, and customer complaints
• Optimize warehouse space, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs like TAT, accuracy, delivery success rate, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company standards and courier SOPs

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably courier/logistics)
• Strong knowledge of parcel handling processes and WMS systems
• Ability to manage and lead teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, scanning systems, tracking platforms)
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required
