Turkish Nacelle Center is a Joint Venture between Collins Aerospace and Turkish Airlines Technic and was established in 2010, located in Sabiha Gökçen Airport/HABOM, Istanbul. The company offers maintenance, repair and overhaul services of thrust reverser and nacelle systems to commercial airlines both domestic and international. We at present require an experienced individual who will contribute to our success, whilst upholding our reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services with our EMEA customers.
Qualifications:

Certified to Level 2 in accordance with EN 4179 or NAS 410

Minimum of 2 years of experience in FPI, ET, and UT methods in the aerospace industry, preferably in SHY-145 or EASA Part-145 maintenance organizations

Hands-on experience with structural aircraft components is highly preferred

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and inspection procedures

Strong analysis, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Willingness to work in overtime/shifts

Able to read, write and understand English language

Job Description:

Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using FPI, ET, and UT techniques in accordance with industry standards and internal procedures

Proficient in using NDT equipment, evaluating and interpreting test results and documenting findings accurately

Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate non-conformities to the quality team

Ensure that all inspections meet regulatory and customer requirements

Maintain and track calibration of NDT equipment regularly

Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality procedures during inspections,

Participate in internal audits
-
Execute Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve service levels to customers, with a strong focus on the elimination of waste

Compliance with all RTX policies and regulatory procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property and Global Trade Compliance requirements
