Job Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and mentor our Discord-based sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of chat-based sales agents
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Train, guide, and motivate team members for better conversions
• Handle client interactions on Discord and other platforms
• Ensure high-quality communication with international clients
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with management for strategy improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team handling
• Experience with Discord, online sales, or chat support
