Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate (Nepalese Speaker) to join our team and support the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening: Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various online and offline channels; review applications and resumes.
• Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and respond to their inquiries throughout the hiring process.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records, manage job postings, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Liaising with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth coordination during the recruitment process.
• Data Management: Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Must be a Nepalese speaker (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools preferred.
