NetSuite Functional Consultant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization for our clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on functional expertise across core NetSuite modules and can translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide best-practice recommendations, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery in a remote consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead or support full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, and others as needed.
• Customize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, forms, and reports.

Business Analysis & Client Consultation

• Conduct workshops to understand business processes and identify system gaps.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and automations.
• Recommend NetSuite best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and system clean-up activities.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer for client teams.

Collaboration

• Work with technical teams (developers, integrators) on custom scripts, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including configuration and workflows.
• Experience with Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Inventory Management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with documentation: BRDs, functional specs, UAT scripts, SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead client-facing discussions.
• Proven experience working in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification.
• Experience in SuiteSuccess implementations.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, etc.).
• Industry experience in eCommerce, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Retail.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
