Role description

Role Proficiency:

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes:

  • Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
  • Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
  • A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
  • Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
  • Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
  • Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
  • Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
  • A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
  • Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others' developmental activities
  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc…
  • Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
  • Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.

    Position Summary: We UST workday partner company looking for Workday Talent, Learning & HCM Lead is responsible for driving the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Workday Talent, Learning, and Core HCM modules. This role partners with HR, Talent Management, L&D, and technical teams to deliver scalable and strategic solutions that enhance employee development, performance management, and end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of Workday functional experience, 4+ years hands-on in Workday Talent & Learning, and holds an active Workday Talent certification. Key responsibilities • Own functional design and configuration for Talent Management (goals, performance, succession, talent reviews, skills, career & development planning) and Workday Learning (courses, programs, campaigns, compliance learning). • Lead all phases of Workday Talent & Learning projects: requirements workshops, fit–gap, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post go live stabilization. • Configure and maintain Workday HCM foundations (organizations, job architecture, positions, staffing, business processes, security) to support Talent & Learning processes end to end. • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to design career frameworks, skills models, and development journeys, leveraging capabilities such as Workday Skills Cloud and personalized learning recommendations. • Work with integration teams on connections between Workday and external content providers/LMSs, performance tools, recruiting, and analytics platforms; validate data flows and troubleshoot issues. • Drive release management and new feature adoption for Talent, Learning, and HCM, including impact analysis, configuration changes, and regression testing. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for talent metrics, learning compliance, and workforce development insights for HR and leadership. • Lead and mentor junior Workday consultants/analysts, review their configuration and test deliverables, and promote standards and best practices. Solution Design & Configuration • Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Talent & Learning, including: o Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews o Goal Management o Learning Program Management, Courses, Curriculum & Delivery Methods o Skills Cloud & Career Development o Succession Planning & Talent Pools o HCM foundational structures and business processes • Configure security, business processes, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and integration touchpoints. • Evaluate new Workday functionality and recommend adoption aligned with best practices. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of Workday functional experience, including HCM and related modules. • 4+ years of hands-on configuration and support experience in Workday Talent & Learning. • Active Workday Talent Certification (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of Talent & Performance, Succession, Learning, Skills Cloud, and HCM business processes. • Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and security. • Ability to lead functional workstreams and manage cross-functional initiatives. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
