Network Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining advanced network infrastructures. The ideal candidate should be confident in working with Cisco routers and MikroTik devices, ensuring the stability and performance of our network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and MikroTik devices within a multi-site or complex network environment.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize parallel internet connections, ensuring seamless failover and uninterrupted connectivity across multiple ISPs.
• Configure and manage multi-ISP routing on a single router for maximum uptime and performance.
• Support and optimize network performance across all communication and operational platforms used within the organization.
• Proactively monitor network health, diagnose issues, and implement secure, scalable, and reliable network solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Cisco and MikroTik configurations.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, load balancing, and high-availability setups.
• Experience managing and optimizing network performance in environments with high communication and bandwidth demands.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.

Education:

Bachelors or Master's in IT, CS, Network Engineering or related field
