We’re Hiring: Evening IT Support Engineer – Live Operations

We are seeking a proactive Evening IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth live operations and technical support during evening hours. This role is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted IT services and resolving technical issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support during evening/live operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
• Support ERP systems, including SAP B1 and other business applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access during live operations
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and networking
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus)
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
