Product Solution Engineer

II. Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for online and offline product training and client technical communication in this region; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pre-sales issue responses;

2. Responsible for training and technical support duties in overseas regions; Including training on new launched products, product promotion and introduction;

Based on the themes proposed by sales/marketing, confirm the training content and time; Verify and modify/PPT prepare according to the themes;

2. Client-side/Sales-side pre-sales issue responses

Timely, effective and accurate responses to client product inquiries; Timely, effective and accurate responses to sales-side product inquiries;

3. Organize solutions for difficult post-sale problems

Understand the difficult post-sale problems reported by overseas colleagues to the R&D/quality center;

4. Confirmation, follow-up and feedback of new requirements/products

Record and summarize new requirements/products in each region; Coordinate with headquarters and overseas clients for communication.

5. Output of product application technical materials/solutions

6. Electrical/electronic engineering major, with experience in photovoltaic energy storage, familiar with inverters
