Network and System Engineer

What You'll Do

• Resolve technical inquiries via various communication channels (chat, email, phone).
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on technical and budgetary considerations.
• Provide professional guidance to customers visiting our site, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors on service level agreements and after-delivery support.
• Conduct online customer support, assisting with installations and troubleshooting.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (BE/BS) with relevant certifications in systems, networking, and information security.
• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in an environment with over 200 nodes.
• Expertise in network installation and maintenance, system deployment, and information security.
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to engage in professional communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and enhance your knowledge of products.
• CCNA/CCNP certified or any other relevant certification.
