Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

The core duties of the Monitoring and Scheduling Specialist focus on complete operational oversight, resource coordination, and are divided into four main pillars:

1. Real-Time Monitoring and Emergency Response:

Operational KPI Monitoring: Systematically track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates and sorting efficiency. Analyze abnormal data and drive improvement plans (e.g., adjusting pickup/signature timelines).

Immediate Emergency Response: Instantly address and resolve transport delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other emergencies. Initiate emergency plans within 30 minutes (e.g., coordinating with the reserve fleet management team, or liaising with branches/main centers to adjust routes).

2. Scheduling Command and Resource Management:

Intelligent Route Planning: Optimize transportation routes based on real-time factors including loading status, traffic conditions, and weather forecasts, making temporary adjustments as necessary. (Requires coordination with the Operations Manager and Regional Manager).

3. Monitoring Systems and Equipment Management:

Operational Compliance Verification: Conduct random checks of sorting, loading, and unloading processes via surveillance cameras to ensure strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Regularly verify the status of monitoring systems, GPS devices, and ensure proper equipment naming conventions are followed.

4. Peak Season and Special Condition Management:

Peak Season Continuity: Develop and follow comprehensive plans to maintain seamless operations during high-demand seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Eid Al-Adha).

Weather Condition Response: Implement pre-emptive plans to mitigate the risks of operational delays caused by adverse weather conditions.

Work System and Requirements:

Working Hours: The role involves a rotational shift system and requires mandatory commitment to night shifts.

Daily Shifts (Rotation): The working schedule operates on two daily shifts:

Shift 1: 03:00 PM (15:00) to 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Shift 2: 12:00 AM (Midnight) to 09:00 AM (09:00)

Weekly Rest Day: One day off per week (either Wednesday or Friday).

Note: The two specialists cannot take the same day off in the same week.

Coverage Obligation (Day Off): When one employee is on their day off, the other must cover with an extended shift from 06:00 PM (18:00) to 06:00 AM (06:00).

Candidate Requirements:

#Experience : 2 years

Age: Must be between 25 and 45 years old.

Language: Basic knowledge of the

#English language is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills is required.

Commitment: Must accept the mandatory night shift schedule and rotational duties.
