Sales Coordinator

𝐇𝐕𝐃 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for the diagnostics, life sciences, and industrial sectors, is seeking 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our dynamic team.

•This role is pivotal in supporting the Sales Operation & Collection Manager and the broader sales department by handling sales operations, preparing quotations, coordinating with different internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of processes. The Sales Coordinator contributes significantly to achieving departmental goals by monitoring sales activities, tracking documentation, and ensuring compliance with tendering and pricing procedures.


𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Assist the Sales Operation & Collection Manager in daily operations and sales activities.

• Prepare, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

• Handle inquiries related to sales operations and provide prompt support.

• Work closely with the Tendering and Pricing Departments to ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely submission of documents.

• Liaise with the Scientific Team to gather technical inputs, ensure product specifications are correctly reflected, and prepare accurate quotations.

• Maintain and update the centralized database of sales documents, contracts, and quotations.

• Support in managing administrative tasks related to invoicing, client follow-ups, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement Teams regarding delivery timelines and documentation.

• Track and follow up on the quotation process with relevant departments, including pricing and tendering.


𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of sales operations, quotation preparation, and tender processes.

• Familiarity with Unified Procurement Agreement (UPA) procedures.

• Knowledge of documentation management systems and CRM tools.

• Basic technical understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.


𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong ability to manage and analyze sales reports and databases.

• Familiarity with sales software/CRM tools is an advantage.
