What awaits you in this role


We are looking for fellow team members for our Operations & Business Development team.


  • Design and lead the end-to-end network development strategy aligned with EV adoption trends, regulatory and competitive environment, and the Company’s growth roadmap.
  • Define and execute the location strategy by site prospecting, site acquisition, contract negotiation and site activation.
  • Manage the site acquisition pipeline with strategic, commercial, and technical prioritization.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team (Key Account Managers and Analysts), ensuring clear goals, motivation, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Establish and expand partnerships with municipalities, landlords, real estate developers, retail groups, and public authorities.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for high-value and high-complexity negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal & Compliance, Technical Operations, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure site feasibility, compliance and timely rollout.
  • Review and approve business cases for proposed locations developed by the team, evaluating sales volume potential, traffic flow, grid access, and return on investment.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including acquisition velocity, conversion rates, site activation time and recommend corrective measures.


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in EV infrastructure, site acquisition, network rollout, or real estate development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing high-performing teams across both commercial and analytical functions
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable rollout plans
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex, high-value agreements
  • Solid understanding of EV infrastructure, real estate markets, and large-scale infrastructure deployment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both C-level executives and public sector decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and GIS tools; familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
