Network Engineer

Network Design & Implementation

• Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure for new office setups, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for structured cabling, equipment installation, and connectivity testing.

Firewall Configuration & Management

• Configure, monitor, and manage enterprise firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco ASA).

• Define and maintain firewall rules, VPNs, NAT policies, and security zones.

Switch & Network Device Management

• Configure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, VLANs and routing protocols.

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency problems, and hardware failures.

• Maintain uptime SLAs and generate network performance reports for management.

IT Operations & Support

• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve escalated network and connectivity issues.

• Support the implementation of IT policies related to security, access control, and data protection.
