Role Overview
c2o is seeking an experienced and hands on Network Manager to lead, secure, and scale our network infrastructure. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to manage both systems and people. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing network operations while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including IP addressing, DNS, SMTP, gateways, NAT, port management, and traffic flow.
• Manage and troubleshoot VPNs, IP telephony, routing, and switching environments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade routers and networking equipment (Cisco, DrayTek, and similar).
• Oversee virtualization environments, including hypervisors, Veeam backups, replication strategies, and redundancy planning.
• Perform hands-on administration of Ubuntu and Linux-based systems.
• Configure, manage, and secure firewalls, with strong expertise in pfSense and similar security platforms.
• Manage and support VoIP infrastructure, including PBX and SIP-based platforms.
• Administer core server services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related systems.
• Ensure network security, including intrusion detection, access control, monitoring, and incident response.
• Plan and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Lead and coordinate the Network and Electrical departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCS, or a related field.
• CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in network and system administration.
• Strong understanding of system security principles, including IDS/IPS and backup and recovery strategies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
