Network Operations Center Operator

Job Description:

The NOC Operator is primarily responsible for providing the first level of technical support for products and services. This position will work closely with customers and assist Field Technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Saudi nationality is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day operational tasks.
2. Analyze and resolve customer problems and issues (1st and 2nd line troubleshooting support).
3. Take appropriate action to resolve problems in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Track and document customer-reported problems using ticketing procedures.
5. Escalate critical or high-priority issues immediately to the next Tier of support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or equivalent industry experience (1+ years).
• CCNA certification.
• Strong knowledge of IT and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of satellite communication and VSAT (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
