Network Specialist

We are looking for a Network Specialist with strong infrastructure experience and a service-oriented mindset to support client environments across Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches)
• Provide customer-facing technical support (on-site, remote, and phone)
• Implement and support servers, wireless networks, and enterprise systems
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and stability
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in networking or systems infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to travel to client locations across Puerto Rico

Additional Details

• Own vehicle required (car allowance provided)
• Occasional travel to USVI may be required (passport required)
• Rotating on-call schedule
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidates will be asked to self-rate their expertise in routers, firewalls, and switches, which will be validated during the technical evaluation process.
