LinkedIn and Upwork Bidder Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Upwork and LinkedIn Bidder to join our team and take ownership of acquiring new clients through freelancing platforms, especially Upwork and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of proposal writing, and profile optimization.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in IT/software-related services bidding.
  • Ability to convert bids into successful projects with long-term clients.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proof of your past bidding and lead generation for Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Explain the task to the developer after the lead is generated, and communicate with the client until the job is done.
  • Can work with us long term.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
