Onsite Virtual Assistant (CRM Expert)

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management (Mandatory)

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring all client data, leads, and follow-up activities are accurately updated
  • Track client interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline progress
  • Ensure CRM data is well-structured, accurate, and consistently up to date

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Oversee daily workflows and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and data systems
  • Support the coordination and execution of ongoing projects

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handle client follow-ups and administrative correspondence efficiently

Lead Generation & Database Management

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads
  • Maintain and update lead databases regularly
  • Track lead engagement and monitor progress throughout the sales cycle

Tools & Design Expertise

  • Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Create basic marketing and visual materials as required

Google Workspace Proficiency

  • Work efficiently with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
  • Manage reports, schedules, and documentation in an organized manner

Time Management & Problem-Solving

  • Handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (CRM experience is mandatory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in administrative support and lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace
  • Basic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Willingness to work evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
