Network Support Analyst

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
Ability to create and terminate RJ-11 and RJ-45 connections.
Familiarity with cabling, network hardware, and common troubleshooting tools.
Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems is an asset.
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tickets.
Customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
