Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain IT network infrastructure and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Maintain network documentation and security.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in network support.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Mikrotik/Fortinet/Sophos devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
