Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network & System Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, managing Microsoft 365 services, supporting hardware and software environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and structured cabling.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues related to VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and wireless networks.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Windows Server environments, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform system installations, OS upgrades, migrations, endpoint setup, and user support.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licenses, MFA, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Ensure software compliance by managing software installations, updates, licensing, and patch management.
- Configure and maintain CCTV/IP camera systems and attendance devices where required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and incident records.
- Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
- Provide technical support to end users and proactively resolve infrastructure issues to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and network security.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment, firewalls, structured cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, ticketing, and remote support tools is preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+/A+, Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, MD-102), or MikroTik MTCNA will be considered a plus.
