Network Technician

A. Installation & Maintenance

- Install, configure, and test ELV systems such as:

- CCTV & surveillance systems

- Access control & biometric systems

- Fire alarm & public address systems

- Structured cabling (LAN, fiber optics)

- Audio-visual & home automation systems

- Perform wiring, conduit installation, and terminations as per design specifications.

- Ensure proper installation, grounding, and protection of ELV equipment.

B. Troubleshooting & Repairs

- Diagnose and resolve issues with ELV systems, including faulty wiring, connectivity problems, and equipment failures.

- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and inspections to ensure system reliability.

- Repair or replace defective components and ensure systems are functioning correctly.

C. Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct system testing and calibration to verify proper functionality.

- Work with engineers to perform commissioning of ELV systems.

- Ensure integration between different ELV systems for seamless operation.

D. Compliance & Safety

- Follow safety guidelines and industry standards

- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and project specifications.

- Maintain proper documentation of work performed, including test reports and service logs.

E. Coordination & Support

- Work closely with ELV engineers, contractors, and project managers.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation.

- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and spare part replacements.
