Network Technician

We are seeking a qualified Computer Network Technician to support, maintain, and operate network infrastructure, computer systems, and peripheral devices. The role focuses on network cabling, fiber optic work, device operation, and ensuring reliable IT services for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain network cabling systems including Fiber Optic and UTP cables .
• Perform fiber optic splicing and termination using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Use network testing tools to diagnose and verify cables, switches, and distribution devices.
• Install, configure, and operate computers, printers, and related hardware.
• Support operating systems and ensure proper functionality of end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure network points and devices are properly labeled, organized, and documented.
• Follow technical standards and safety procedures during installation and maintenance work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network support, cabling, and technical IT work.
• Strong skills in using network cable testing tools and working with switches.
• Practical experience in Fiber Optic and UTP cabling , including splicing and termination.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and network issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in one of the technical or IT-related fields.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with common operating systems and devices.
