Your role:

You will work on a variety of projects related to analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and will play a key role in driving our data-driven decision making. You are a data scientist and Python developer with knowledge in multiple technologies; you are driven, curious and passionate about your work; you are innovative, creative and focused on excellence; and you want to be part of an ego-free work environment where we value honest, healthy interactions and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection and analysis of large data sets

• Help implement algorithms and models for data analysis

• Assist with data visualization and presentation of findings to key stakeholders

• Help maintain and improve data infrastructure

• Be a customer advocate that implements our Neuro AI offerings

• Work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with your peers on the Neuro AI team

Your profile:

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field

• Experience with Python, Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, GitHub

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Matplotlib, Plotly, …)

• Experience with usage of LLMs via API calls.

• Experience with agentic-AI systems and frameworks such as Langchain, Autogen etc.is a plus

• Experience with machine learning is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Duration and Location:

The posted job opening may be for a Temporary Fixed Term period. If the selected applicant

is hired as a Temporary Fixed Term employee/associate, their employment with Cognizant will

typically, be for a period of three to six months. Any extensions to the temporary employee’s

employment period will be solely at the discretion of Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $[40/hr – 75/hr] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
