NEUROSURGEON

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Neurosurgeon to join our medical team. The role requires delivering advanced neurosurgical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of patients with complex brain, spine, and nervous system disorders. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, patient-focused, and committed to teamwork and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient consultations, inpatient care, elective, and emergency neurosurgical procedures.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as tumors, trauma, vascular malformations, degenerative spine disorders, and other neurological conditions.
• Provide on-call support for neurosurgical emergencies and critical care management.
• Collaborate with intensivists, neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and rehabilitation teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
• Participate in academic discussions, research initiatives, and clinical audits to improve patient outcomes.
• Guide junior doctors, residents, and support staff in clinical care and best practices.

Education & Eligibility:

• Postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery: M.Ch / DNB (Neurosurgery).
• Registered with the Medical Council / State Medical Council.
• Strong academic and clinical record during training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
