New Construction Dispatcher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented New Construction Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating jobs, ensuring timely and efficient new construction to our contractors. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize schedules. Familiarity with computers and computer systems is highly desirable.

Duties

• Coordinate and schedule new-co jobs for transportation and logistics operations.
• Utilize our Field Service Management system to coordinate dispatch activities.
• Communicate effectively with teams, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of jobs and deliveries.
• Monitor GPS and systems to track vehicle locations and optimize routes.
• Address any issues or delays in transportation promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in using field service management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
