Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced New Construction Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role requires both leadership and technical skills, including blueprint reading and material takeoffs for accurate estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow new construction sales for roofing projects
• Read blueprints and perform material takeoffs for estimating and proposals
• Lead, train, and mentor sales representatives
• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and developers
• Collaborate with operations for smooth project handoff and completion
• Track performance and achieve team sales goals

Qualifications

• Roofing or construction sales experience with leadership/management background
• Ability to read blueprints and complete material takeoffs (required)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
