Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team here at the SpringHill Suites Columbus Airport Gahanna. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and transactions efficiently. This role is part-time.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Running the night audit and printing end-of-day reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information on file.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.
• Follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Previous experience with FOSSE is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
