This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during the night shift, where you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling guest inquiries, and performing essential auditing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a background in hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions as needed.
• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
• Operate phone systems effectively, responding to calls promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve issues.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests.
• Assist in maintaining security protocols during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software is an advantage.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
