Night Auditor - Hotel

Job Role:

The Night Auditor is responsible for verifying and balancing the hotel’s daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in revenue postings, and preparing financial reports for management. While assisting guests when required during night hours, the primary focus is on accounting tasks, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with the hotel’s financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and reconcile daily room charges, F&B outlets, and other revenue streams.
• Balance all cash, credit card, and other payment transactions against system reports.
• Post adjustments, corrections, and verify discounts or complimentary transactions.
• Prepare daily revenue, occupancy, and financial summary reports for the Accounts Department.
• Ensure all charges are posted accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Review and verify outlet cashier reports for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in guest accounts and financial postings.
• Support the Accounts team with month-end closing and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and Dubai hospitality accounting standards.
• Liaise with necessary teams for pending postings, late check-ins/outs, and unresolved transactions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
