NIGHT CLUB PROCUREMENT OFFICER

We are looking for Purchasing Officer / Procurement Specialist, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required for the daily operations of the nightclub. This role is crucial in ensuring timely procurement of high-quality products at optimal costs, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting the overall success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase agreements
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s legal and safety standards
• Collaborate with operational teams to forecast procurement needs
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality /nightclub entertainment industry
• Knowledge of Dubai’s import/export regulations and procurement standards
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
