NIGHT CLUB RESERVATION MANAGER

We are looking for a professional Night Club Reservation Manager with proven experience in the nightlife industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with the team to optimize guest flow, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all reservations and guest bookings
• Oversee table allocations and VIP reservations
• Maintain excellent communication with guests, staff, and management
• Monitor and analyze reservation trends to optimize capacity
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly
• Collaborate with marketing to promote special events and offers
• Ensure adherence to club policies and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as Reservation Manager or similar role in a nightclub or hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s nightlife scene and customer preferences

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Knowledge of reservation management software is preferred
