Job Title: Night Manager – Call Centre (with iCabbi / Autocab Knowledge)

Location: Islamabad

Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee our call center operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dispatch and fleet management systems such as iCabbi, Autocab, or similar software platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring KPIs, leading the night team, and resolving escalations quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all night shift call centre activities. Monitor live bookings, dispatch operations, and service levels. Utilize platforms like iCabbi / Autocab for dispatch, reporting, and problem-solving. Lead, motivate, and support the night shift team to meet performance targets. Handle escalated customer queries or operational issues in real-time. Prepare shift reports and handovers for the next day’s management team. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in call centre management or dispatch operations (night shift preferred). Hands-on experience with iCabbi, Autocab, or similar dispatch software is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational challenges quickly. Good analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and creating reports. Flexibility to work night hours on a permanent basis.
