Night Manager

We are looking for an experienced and service‑driven Night Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and hands‑on experience using OPERA Property Management System (PMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front‑of‑house operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during assigned shifts
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensure smooth check‑in, check‑out, and room assignment processes using OPERA PMS
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate controls
• Support Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to maintain seamless operations
• Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations
• Manage emergency situations and act as the Manager on Duty when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role within hospitality
• Strong working knowledge of OPERA PMS (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest‑service skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment
• Knowledge of Dubai tourism and hospitality standards
• First Aid or Health & Safety certification
• Additional languages are an advantage
